In those past 20 years, we have gained knowledgeable experience in phone-based sales marketing through our own endeavors in the travel industry. From scheduling appointments, to selling vacation packages, travel experiences, membership clubs, renewals, upgrades, and timeshares; we understand everything that falls between keeping the customer happy and making a productive sale. Our extensive history of working on many diverse projects that utilized multiple phone systems, CRMs, and other tools has given us credible insight to the phone-based sales & marketing industry, as well as our own communications strategies.
A frequent challenge we encountered involves the inefficiency of managing and controlling our email & text communications within a project or campaign. Whether it be sending a confirmation notice, proposal, reminder, thank you, offer or other message, we repetitively found ourselves using systems lacking these capabilities. This resulted in less-professional user-created messages, and the hassle of inefficient built-in features that never fully met our needs.
As a result of these challenges, we developed ET Sniper: an email and text platform where you can develop and customize all the messages you need, organize them within Campaigns, and make them available to users through an easy to use browser extension. And, with the option for messages to require user input (for example: an account number) and/or auto data-capture for frequently used pages, we found that we could address the need for data-inclusive messages and easily transfer all messaging records to our primary sales system for a consolidated view of customer activity.
While there are a number of features and functionality within the ET Sniper platform, we believe that we have designed it in such a way that users will need minimal support in getting it setup and in use.
